- Cycling: A route of 22,5 km on each lap, ccompletely closed to traffic, something unusual in urban routes of this magnitude. Depending on the distance chosen, 1, 2 or 4 laps will be completed.
- Race on foot: By riverside of Parque das Nações, with a flat profile and with the Vasco da Gama Bridge as the setting for one of the turns. The spectator atmosphere is guaranteed thanks to the proximity of the finish line and the refreshment points every 2,5 km.
Distances for all triathletes
One of the great advantages of TRITON 1 Lisbon is its wide range of options, which makes it possible for every triathlete to register for the distance that best suits their goals:
- SHORTS: 600 m swim, 22,5 km bike ride, 5 km run.
- MIDDLE: 1.200 m swim, 45 km bike ride, 10 km run.
- LONG (or FULL): 1.800 m swimming, 90 km cycling, 20 km running.
Each of these formats will have categories by age and gender, with a total of 700 seats (150 for Short, 250 for Middle, 300 for Long).
In addition, registration fees increase for every 100 race numbers sold, so it is a good idea to secure your place as soon as possible.
Corporate Option: compete with your company team
If group experience is your thing, TRITON 1 Lisbon 2025 offers the Corporate Series, only available in SHORT distance.
In this category, companies from any sector can register as many teams as they wish to participate together and thus experience a shared challenge.

For those who want to get started in family sports, there is a special test: Kids & Parents Swim & Run Challenge, in which children and adults run and swim together.
With adapted distances (from 100 m swimming and 500 m running for the youngest, to 400 m swimming and 1 km running for those aged 12-14), it is a non-competitive format.
The aim is for the little ones to get closer to sport and live a rewarding experience in the company of their parents.
Qualification for the Grand Final
The first 10 men and 10 women of each age group and each distance (SHORT, MIDDLE and LONG) will obtain their place for the TRITON world final, which will be held in October in Portimão, on the Algarve coast.
In category Corporate (only in SHORT), the Top 3 teams They will also qualify for that decisive event where the global champion of the season will be proclaimed.
