Vicente Hernández runs again 6 months after his injury
The Canary triathlete is already training the running race again.
Vicente Hernández “Chente”, an international and Olympic triathlete in Rio, has published on its social networks that it is already new andtraining the race on foot after having been 6 months apart by a lesión.
The Tenerife was confirmed that he had a bone edema in the internal femoral condyle and patellar tendon bursitis, after he had to retire in the last WTS of Montreal last July.
6 months later, Chente has returned to “put on the shoes”, even if it is very little. In his networks he commented:
"It has been 6 months without being able to run continuously, but finally I have been able to start and link 5 sessions on alternate days.
At a low pace and not more than 30 minutes, but believe me I already really wanted to. One more step in the right direction. Now slowly and with good lyrics"
