Later the male competition was played, the Australian Matt Robers and American William Hufman They were the first to reach T1 and during the start of the cycle they formed a break of about 8 units that had an advantage of around 15” with the chasing group, who soon caught up with them thanks to the work of Ricardo Hernández and other triathletes.

To the T2 came a large group of more than 30 units and after a quick transition they went running with Uxío well placed in the first positions. Little by little the group was reducing with the passage of kilometers until the last meters where only three triathletes arrived together, Uxío Abuín who took the victory, Joan Silva that was 2º and Gregory Billington who achieved the 3ª square.

Unfortunately it seems that Ricardo Hernández He could not finish the race as we commented in the previous one ... but his work in cycling was very important so that he had not escaped and could decide the test running ... where Uxío was the best.
