(Video) What is a Gustav Iden training day like in Sierra Nevada?

Norwegian triathlete Gustav Iden He is preparing for the St. George World Cup at the Sierra Nevada facilities and has uploaded a video on YouTube to tell us what a day of training is like.

He tells us in the video that on Friday he climbed almost the entire Sierra Nevada with 27 kilometers of running with a time of 2:06 running at an average of 4:38 min/km

Then in the afternoon, he did a 1-hour roller session.

On Saturday he got on the bike in an easy session doing 1 hour with 12 kilometers of running at an average of 4:31.

On Sunday he did a long roller session of 2:30 to finish with an hour of racing on the track at an average of 4:15 min/km.

The Norwegian is getting fit and could be one of the favorites to be fighting for victory.
