The Canadian triathlete Lionel Sanders has posted on his channel Youtube a new video where he tells what he has been training this winter.
The video also includes the summary of the videos that have been published some additional images mixing training images and some music to motivate you in ts trainings.
Sanders, will debut this season at the IRONMAN 70.3 Oceanside next April 3 to continue his main goal of Texas IRONMAN 27 also in April, where he will seek the classification for Kona 2019.
