Laura Philipp, the German triathlete, was crowned world champion HOMBRE DE HIERRO Women in Nice, beating the British Kat matthews and US Chelsea Sodaro.

The race was a true demonstration of strength by Philipp, who dominated the most demanding test of the triathlon.

From the beginning, Philip showed his potential. He came out of the water in second position, just behind Matthews, who led the first part of the test.

In the cycling segment, Philipp took control of the race, setting a pace that no one could match. He kept the lead until the final marathon, where he consolidated his advantage.

Kat matthews, who had led in the swimming segment, stayed close to Philipp for much of the course in bike and the foot race.

However, the German triathlete showed a superior pace in the final kilometres, which left Matthews with second position. Chelsea Sodaro completed the podium, securing third place after a solid performance.

The Spanish participation also left memorable moments at the IRONMAN Women's World Championship in Nice. Marta Sanchez, in his debut at an IRONMAN World Championship, had an outstanding performance by finishing in 6th position, showing great potential for future international competitions.

Gurutze Frades, with his World Cup experience, completed his seventh participation in the franchise, finishing in 15th position.
