Next stop XTERRA Spain Tour: KINGDOM OF GRANADA

This test, located in the city of La Alhambra, is possibly one of the most beautiful and hard of the XTERRA Spain Tour circuit.

 

 

This is the largest international circuit of off-road triathlons, which will leave its imprint on the Nasrid province in the next 28 of September. The registration period ends this September 15. It will be the I XTERRA that welcomes the city of Granada.

 

This test, located in the City of The Alhambra, is possibly one of the most beautiful and hard of the circuit XTERRA Spain Tour. The race will begin at the Channel Reservoir on foot of the Sierra Nevada, and later in the MTB segment reach the Albaicin and Sacromonte with steep slopes and very technical sections until reaching the Alhambra. To finish, the race on foot will run through the Plain of the Partridge, over the city of the Alhambra, even going through the vicinity of it.

 

The test will take place on Sunday 28 2014 September and will have the participation of national athletes such as Rubén León Blázquez, Albert Soley and Roger Serrano, and internationals like Guy Evans, prepared for an extreme effort distributed in sections of 1.500 meters of swimming, 38 kilometers of mountain biking and 11 kilometers of Race on foot

XTERRA Kingdom of Granada, is the last test of the season of XTERRA Spain Tour, which will determine the general classification of the same. This forms part of the Spain Tour circuit, which also includes the locations of La Manga (Murcia), San Martin de Valdeiglesias (Madrid) and La Viñuela (Malaga), within the national scoring circuit, which allows the leader of each group of age to participate in the XTERRA World at the end of October in Maui, Hawaii.
