The XXIX edition of the 'BH Zarauzko Triatloia' will be held on June 13

The twenty-ninth edition of 'BH Zarauzko Triatloia' will be held, as tradition marks, on the second Saturday of the month of June. 

One more year, BH will be the main sponsor of the event and ZTri2015 will have the best specialists in the distance. The absences of Catriona Morrison and Maider Gaztañaga, winners of the last editions, give way to new aspirants to win the dean test of the middle distance. Triathletes like Saleta Castro, third classified in the 2014 edition, therefore have a good opportunity to register their name in the list of winners of this prestigious event.

The pedestrian race returns to 'Las Tablas'

The walking tour of the race, with a length that approaches the 20 Km, will cross the area of ​​the Zarautz biotope again. The destruction caused by the strong winter swells forced the organization to modify the third segment, which in the 2015 edition recovers one of its most charismatic steps. In addition, the walkway over the dunes has been completely renovated and has a more homogeneous wooden floor, much more comfortable for the running on foot. 

The inscriptions, without preference for seniority

After the exception of last year, the classic system of registration opening returns. Although the first 10 men and the first 10 women classified in the previous edition have their insured number, the rest of the participants can register on the page of the Basque Triathlon Federation, whether or not they participated before in the 'BH Zarauzko Triatloia'.

In the near future ZTE will announce the opening date of the registration period, as well as all the details of the process.
