Calahorra hosts the Spanish Cross Triathlon, Cross Duathlon, and Aquathlon Championships for the first time.
On July 26 and 27, the Riojan city of Calahorra will host for the first time the Spanish Cros Triathlon, Cros Duathlon and Aquathlon Championships. It is one of the most crowded events of the year calendar FETRI, with open participation for all categories.
The natural surroundings of the El Perdiguero reservoir and the Cidacos River Park will be the ideal setting for these competitions, which combine nature and sport in their purest form. Registration will be open until July 7th.

From the Calahorra City Council, the Councilor for Sports David Antoñanzas has expressed its enthusiasm for hosting an event of this nature:

The circuits have been designed to make the most of Calahorra's natural surroundings. Cros Triathlon and the Aquathlon They will begin with swimming in the Perdiguero reservoir and will finish in the Cidacos park.

This was the 2024 edition in Almazán
In the last edition held in Almazán, Marina Muñoz y Kevin Tarek Viñuela achieved a historic double, winning both the Aquathlon and Cross Triathlon championships. In Cross Duathlon, the titles went to Pilar Arias y Sergio Correa.
