Challenge Salou – Costa Daurada has been recognized as the “Most Family Friendly” event in the Challenge Family Awards 2025, an international award decided by direct vote of the triathletes on the circuit.

The Catalan race received the award during the Gala of the Challenge Family Awards held on February 7 and 8 in Gran Canaria, coinciding with the annual meeting of race directors of the international circuit.
The award “Most Family Friendly” It distinguishes those races that stand out for their friendly, inclusive and accessible atmosphere for both triathletes and their companions.
The final ranking is not decided by a technical jury.but rather the participants themselves through post-race surveys and direct voting.
What are the Challenge Family Awards?
Los Challenge Family Awards They were created in 2019 with the aim of recognizing the organizational work of the Challenge Family international circuit events.
The shortlist for each category is compiled from thousands of surveys completed by athletes after competing. Subsequently, The final ranking is decided by direct vote.
