How to watch the T100 London 2025 live
The fourth stop of the T100 Triathlon World Tour arrives in London this Saturday August 9th, XNUMX, and does so with two top-level professional careers.
If you're not going to be at the track, you can follow all the action live from home, with several streaming options and real-time monitoring.
Official PRO test schedules
According to official athlete's guide, the starting times for the elite races will be as follows:
- PRO women's start: Saturday, August 9 at 12:00 PM BST (13:00 PM in mainland Spain)
- PRO Men's Start: Saturday, August 9 at 14:45 PM BST (15:45 in Spain)
Both tests will be developed over the T100 distance (100 km: 2 km swimming, 80 km cycling and 18 km running) on an urban route with start and finish at the Excel Centre London.
How to follow the competition live
La PTO offers several ways to follow the event live, both via video and real-time data:
- Live streaming: Available for free through OutsideTV, with global coverage of the event. No subscription required.

- Live Data (live tracking): Check intermediate times, differences and evolution of each athlete in the official data panel.

Tips for following it from Spain
Note that London (BST) is in a different time zone than Spanish (CEST), one hour behind. If you're in Spain, these are the key times:
- Women's race: 13:00 (peninsular time)
- Men's race: 15:45 (peninsular time)
