The Spanish Mario Mola has been elected to the new World Triathlon Athletes' Committee for the 2025-2029 period, strengthening his role in the international representation of elite triathlon.

The three-time world champion Mario Mola will be part of the renewed World Triathlon Athlete Committee, an organization that gives a voice to athletes within the highest body of world triathlon.

A balanced and comprehensive committee
The new committee will be composed of ten members from five continents, ensuring gender parity and the inclusion of paratriathlon representatives.
Those chosen for the cycle 2025-2029 are: Luisa Baptista (BRA), Felix Duchampt (ROU), Vincent Louis (FRA), Claire Michel (BEL), Mario Mola (ESP), Gillian Sanders (RSA), Martin Schulz (GER), Non Stanford (GBR), Luke Willian (AUS) y Gulnaz Zhubaeva (KGZ).
Spanish representation at the highest level
The presence of Mola It represents a recognition of his career and commitment to sport.
After his brilliant career in the World Triathlon Series, where he won three consecutive world titles (2016, 2017 and 2018), the Mallorcan now takes on an institutional role that will allow him to contribute to the development of future generations of triathletes.
