“The last month and a half hasn’t been easy. After being unable to finish in Kona due to injury, I had several tests done when I got home, and a stress fracture in my distal femur was finally confirmed,” explained the athlete, who was unable to complete the Kona IRONMAN World Championship at the beginning of October.
Despite the setback, Marta remains calm and optimistic: “Having the diagnosis has been, in part, a relief: now we know what it is and how to treat it.
The recovery forecasts are positive, with the aim of starting 2026 with complete normality and guarantees.."

A demanding season marked by big goals
2025 had been a particularly ambitious year for the triathlete, with a calendar that included more than ten competitions, including three full-distance races, to score points on the circuits T100 World Tour y IRONMAN Pro Series.
