El calendar National MTB will add a notable new feature in 2026: the SANFERBIKE Triple Crown Circuit by SCOTT, a new format of MTB Marathon made up of three events that will open the mountain biking season in the central region.
The proposal begins with a quote that needs no introduction: the XXXV Valdemorillo MTB Classic – Community of Madrid, one of the longest-running and most iconic events in Spanish mountain biking.
A proposal that seeks to revitalize mountain biking in the central region
The new circuit was created with a clear intention: to offer a more complete experience for bikers. The idea is not just to compete, but to enjoy a weekend focused on adventure, camaraderie, and respect for the environment.
The organization explains that the goal is attract a new generation of cyclists, bringing them closer to MTB from a more community-oriented approach and less focused solely on performance.
Three tests with history and territory
The SANFERBIKE Triple Crown by SCOTT 2026 will kick off with three events selected for their history, their natural surroundings and the quality of their routes:
- January 25 - XXXV Valdemorillo MTB Classic – Community of Madrid
- February 8 - Villanueva del Pardillo – La Casona Route
- 1 March - Moralzarzal – Route of La Rocosa
The three Madrid municipalities offer an ideal setting for the start of the season: fast tracks, classic trails and a deeply rooted cycling atmosphere.
Sanferbike gives its name to the circuit
The well-known chain of stores Sanferbike becomes the main sponsor of the circuit. Their support reinforces the commitment to mountain biking in the region and adds an extra level of service, as they will offer professional technical assistance in the tests.
Registration opens and next steps
The organization will announce shortly the official registration opening date of the first test, the Valdemorillo Classic MTB, which will celebrate its 35th edition and will be the starting point of the new project.
