El Ocean Lava Lanzarote will celebrate its fifteenth edition next October 25 en Puerto del Carmen, turning this tourist town into the heart of the Canary Islands triathlon for a day.
This quote, consolidated in the calendar sports on the island, brings together nearly a thousand participants of all ages and levels every year, and this 2025 already has 300 confirmed triathletes of different nationalities.

The test will offer two very different formats: Supersprint y Olympic.
The Supersprint, ideal for those taking their first steps in triathlon, will have to be completed 400m swim, 11 km of cycling y 2,5 km of foot race.
El Olympic, for its part, will maintain the classic distances of 1.500m swim, 40 km of cycling y 10km run, with a final route along Avenida de Las Playas. This event may also be held in relay format, where each team member will cover a segment.
