TRIMPARABLES Torremolinos 2025: triathlon for everyone

On Saturday, September 6, Torremolinos will be the scene of a unique sporting experience with the arrival of TRIMPARABLES, an event that aims to take triathlon beyond the elite and make it accessible, fun, and inclusive.

A commitment to inclusion and participation

TRIMPARABLES It's not just a competition, it's a way of experiencing triathlon. Backed by PRISA GROUP and Spanish Triathlon Federation (FETRI), the event seeks to promote healthy habits and sports for all people, regardless of their level or condition.

The objective is clear: create a space where competition, fun and learning go hand in handFrom minors to Paralympic athletes, including mixed, pairs, and individual relays, everyone has a place in this groundbreaking format.

Distances and formats for all levels

The tests will be held in Alamos Beach, with two main distances: SuperSprint y SprintBoth courses maintain the essence of the triathlon with swimming, cycling, and running, adapted to different levels:

SuperSprint

• 250m swim (1 lap)
• 6,9 km cycling (1 lap)
• 2 km run (1 lap)

Sprint

• 750m swim (1 lap)
• 21 km cycling (4 laps of 5,25 km)
• 4,8 km race (3 laps of 1,6 km)

Competition hours

All tests will be held on Saturday afternoon in the following order:

From 16:00 p.m.:

• SuperSprint Triathlon (individual, couples, relays and inclusive)

From 17:00 p.m.:

• Sprint Triathlon (individual, pairs and relays)

The pairs, relay, and inclusive format will allow each participant to choose how they enjoy the triathlon: alone, as a team or sharing the effort.
