The countdown begins for a new edition of Valencia Duathlon by MTRI, The race that will once again fill the Paseo de la Alameda with triathletes.
Today, Tuesday, November 4th at 17:00 PM, registrations will open through the RockTheSport platform, kicking off the popular triathlon circuit of the Valencian Community 2026.
Organized by the Triathlon Federation of the Valencian Community (TRICV)The event will celebrate its third edition the next February 21, with the aim of achieving the 1.200 places available.
The event, now a well-established fixture on the regional calendar, maintains its spirit of open and family participation, combining sport, atmosphere and camaraderie.
Two distances and a family format that continues to grow
The event will have two formats: supersprint y double supersprintBoth offer the option of individual or paired participation. In addition, the Family Duathlon, an initiative that allows sharing the experience between adults and children between 5 and 13 years old.
In 2025 this category brought together 200 couplesAnd the organization hopes to surpass that number in this new edition.
Prices will remain affordable, with Prices from €19 in the individual supersprint and a single payment of €15 for the Family Duathlon, which will not be subject to stage increases. All participants will receive a gift from the technical partner, finisher medal, post-race refreshments and massage service.
A qualifying event for the MTRI ranking

The organizers emphasize that the goal remains "to keep the spirit of the Mediterránea Triathlon alive throughout the year," bringing duathlon closer to athletes of all levels.
