The two elite races are held the same Saturday:
- Female career: 11:30 (Italy local time, CEST)
- Male career:15:45 (Italy local time, CEST)
Time equivalents:
- Spain (peninsular): same as local time CEST
- United Kingdom: 10:30 (women) / 14:45 p.m. (masc)
- USA East Coast: 05:30 (women) / 09:45 (masc)
- USA West Coast: 02:30 (female) / 06:45 (male)
