A race full of records and excitement
Danish Magnus ditlev signed a historical journey, breaking the records for the cycling segment and the total time to finish. In the marathon, the Belgian Marten Van Riel flew to set a new record on the running section.
In the women's event, the German Anne Reichmann She was the main protagonist, taking the victory and surpassing the legendary cycling record of Chrissie Wellington, in force since 2011.
But the great joy for the Spanish fans came from the hand of Marta Sanchez, who put in a brilliant performance to finish second in the women's general classification.
Although she had already qualified for Kona, she once again proved that she is among the best in the world.
