Gurutze Frades competes again and wins in Astudillo
From 13 July, the town of Palencia Astudillo hosted a new edition of its classic Standard Triathlon without drafting, a test with almost three decades of history that this year experienced a very special moment: the return of Gurutze Frades to the competition.
After more than half a year away from triathlon for personal and health reasons, the Basque champion once again donned a bib. And she did so in style, with a victory that's worth far more than a first-place finish.
