The Trimparables circuit debuts in Gijón with an unbeatable atmosphere

The May 25 The first date of the national circuit was held in Gijón Tri-comparable, on a day in which the sun and sport were the protagonists.

Poniente Beach was the epicenter of a truly grassroots triathlon celebration, combining competition, inclusion, and tons of fun for athletes of all levels.

The event began with a Zumba master class led by the renowned instructor Jessica Expósito, which filled the arena with music, energy, and dozens of participants from not only Asturias but also Galicia, Castile and León, and other neighboring communities. It was the perfect kickoff for an unforgettable day.

Triathlon for all audiences: from beginners to federated athletes

In the afternoon, the spotlight shifted to the triathletes. From the nerves of the first triathlon to the excitement of sharing the race as a couple or in relays, each participant found their own unique way of being. Unparalleled.

The competition was divided into two distances: SuperSprint y SprintIn both, there was a fantastic mix of experienced athletes and people new to the sport of transitions.

Highlighted results of the day

In SuperSprint, the women's individual podium went to:

  • Lucia Ageitos (Delikia Sports)
  • Noa Álvarez y Sara Torre (Oviedo Triathlon)

In the men's category, the following stood out:

  • Jayden Jael Silva (Delikia)
  • Timor Gurín y Leon Fernandez (APTRI University of Oviedo)

In the inclusive tests, victory for:

  • Carla Santoro (with guide Carla Gil, Inforhouse Santiago)
  • Daniel Blanco in the male category.

Between couples:

  • Male: Adrian and Alvaro Cerro (Narón Nautical Club)
  • Female: Andrea Trigo and Marta Muñoz
  • Mixed: Christian Mesa and María Gordón (Lugones Triathlon)

In relays, the victory went to the team Guardians of Usufruct, from Madrid.

In Sprint distance, the winners were:

  • Jimena Fernández (City of Lugo Fluvial),
    followed by Street Candle y Paula Alonso (APTRI Oviedo)
  • Teo Barroso (Náutico de Narón) took the men's victory,
    accompanied on the podium by Oscar Solis y Manuel Mancheño

In relays and pairs:

  • Female: Daniela Martínez and Paula Granda
  • Mixed: Tri Lugones (Carlota, Socrates and Juan Carlos)
  • Male: ASA P (Claudio, Rubén and Andrés)
  • Female: Iron Ladies (Ana, Tamara and Patricia)
