Torremolinos vibrates with the fourth Trimparables event
Los Álamos beach and the Torremolinos seafront promenade became the epicenter of the popular triathlon with the celebration of the fourth round of the national circuit. Tri-comparable, which brought together 225 athletes already a devoted audience.
Popular atmosphere and many debutants
As in the previous stops on the tour (Gijón, Zaragoza, and Pontevedra), the event was characterized by the presence of numerous first-timers who experienced the full triathlon experience: swimming, cycling, running, and transitions.
The audience was there throughout, creating a festive and intimate atmosphere.
Results in the SuperSprint distance
The Women's SuperSprint Triathlon, the victory went to Valeria Villafranca (Ecosport Alcobendas), followed by Olimpia Juan (Prat Triathlon 1994) and Ane Miren Irisarri.
In the men's category, the podium was made up of Olivo Núñez (Serman Triathlon Marbella Group), Salvador Burgos (Triathlon Malaga) and José Ignacio García (Inacua Málaga Triathlon).
In the inclusive modality they prevailed Julia Fernández in females, and Jorge Otalecu (Serman Triathlon Marbella Group), Rafael Cánovas y White Dani (Hercules Termaria) in men. In mixed pairs the team won Family Toro, and in male couples he did it The Sharks.
Victory in the Sprint distance
The distance Sprint (750m swimming, 20km cycling and 5km running) crowned Susana Pineda in the women's category, followed by Alicia Olalla (Malaga Bay Triathlon) and Sara Esteban.
In the men's category, the victory went to Pablo Perez (Triathlon Albacete), accompanied on the podium by Victor Dobaño (Prat Triathlon 1994) and Francisco Rios (Mijas Triathlon).
In the SuperSprint for mixed pairs they won Trialhaurin, while in male pairs the victory went to Los Lagartos.
Space for the youngest
The day also included a aquathlon for minor categories, with significant participation from the youth teams of clubs in the province of Malaga, reinforcing the educational nature of the circuit.

The event was supported by the program Women and Sport of the Higher Sports Council, which reinforces the Spanish Triathlon Federation's commitment to equality.
