BEFORE STARTING:

ISO CARBO: it gives you the last and necessary intake of carbohydrates, minerals and water just before the competition. Supplementation guideline for a Cycling Tour 90 Km

AFTER COMPETITION:

TOTAL-RECOVERY: fundamental product to begin recovery both energy and muscle immediately after physical activity. It provides carbohydrates of high glycemic index, essential amino acids and glutamine, with an 3 / 1 ratio between carbohydrates and proteins that according to studies is the ideal combination to optimize post-exercise recovery.
