Victory Endurance launches the new Total Recovery with coconut water

Coconut water is a natural source of electrolytes, especially potassium, essential in post-exercise muscle recovery

Total recovery with coconut water from Victory Endurance

TOTAL RECOVERY de Victory Endurance  is a supplement specially designed for all those athletes who need to maximize their recovery after an intense training session. Each of its components has been selected and scientifically tested to achieve a good recovery and thus improve performance in competition or in daily training.

What is its composition?

Carbo-Protein Optimun Complex: a correct combination between dextrose, whey protein isolate and hydrolyzed whey protein allows maximizing the utilization of these nutrients by the muscles, since the adequate conditions are created for them to rapidly reach the cell and produce an immediate recovery.

- Peptides of Glutamine y L-Glutamine: fundamental amino acid for muscle tissue repair and recovery. It also improves immune function and decreases the "overtraining syndrome"

Branched amino acids (BCAA's): They are essential amino acids that must be ingested in the diet or through adequate supplementation. Essential for muscle growth and recovery. They also combat the feeling of tiredness or "central fatigue" motivated by an imbalance between the concentration of BCAA's and Tryptophan.

electrolytes: in endurance sports restoring the saline balance of the cell is essential for a good muscular response to occur.

Vitamins: they are necessary for a good recovery, especially the antioxidants to avoid the oxidative stress produced by the prolonged efforts.

Coconut water: It is a natural source of electrolytes, especially potassium, essential in post-exercise muscle recovery

How should you use it?

Mix 50 g powder (1 dipper measure) with 250 ml of water. To ensure maximum recovery and minimize muscle damage, take one immediately after exercise.

When should you take it?

You can also take 30 min. before the completion of a
prolonged training (2-3 hours).
