Our collaborator Victory Endurance This recipe for a refreshing smoothie leaves us to hydrate after exercising. Strawberry flavored.

Blueberries have been included for their antioxidant power and turmeric for their anti-inflammatory properties. It is also suitable for vegans.

Ingredients:

- 340 g of strawberries
- 100 g of blueberries
- 7,5 g of Coconut Water from Victory Endurance
- 125 g of natural soy yogurt
- 5 g of turmeric
- 125 ml of water

  • 100 g blueberries
  • 7,5 g from Coconut Water by Victory Endurance
  • 125 g of Natural Soy Yogurt
  • 5 g turmeric
  • 125 ml water

Instructions

  • Pour 100 ml of water
  • 1 bucket of Coconut Water (7,5 gr)
  • Shake it
  • Add 340 g of strawberries
  • Add 100 g of blueberries
  • Add Coconut Water mix
  • Add 125 g Soy Yogurt
  • Add 2 g turmeric
  • Shred it all
  • Add grated coconut (optional)
  • Add chia seeds (optional)
