Video recipe: Strawberry milkshake for after training by Victory Endurance

Our collaborator Victory Endurance Leave us this recipe for a fresh recovery smoothie to hydrate after exercising. With strawberry flavor.

They have included blueberries for their antioxidant power and turmeric for their anti-inflammatory properties. It is also suitable for vegans.

Video recipe:


  • G strawberries 340
  • 100 g of blueberries
  • 7,5 g from Coconut Water by Victory Endurance
  • 125 g of Natural Soy Yogurt
  • 5 g turmeric
  • 125 ml water


  • Pour 100 ml of water
  • 1 bucket of Coconut Water (7,5 gr)
  • Shake it
  • Add 340 g of strawberries
  • Add 100 g of cranberries
  • Add Coconut Water mix
  • Add 125 g Yogurth de Soja
  • Add 2 g curcuma
  • Shred everything
  • Add grated coconut (optional)
  • Add chia seeds (optional)
