Florencia Fraga, the triathlete of GGEE total

In this 2015 the ITU, IRONMAN 3 and IROMAN of Hawaii have qualified for 70.3 worldwide

Today in our special Kona 2015 we present to you Florence Fraga one of the best triathletes of age groups in America who is able to "hobnob" even with the PROs in some competitions as he does in the IM 70.3 in Puerto Rico where he achieved a fantastic top10 of the general. Florencia resides in Panama, has 34 years, is an accounting administrator and has a son.

Florencia is an example for the triathletes of age groups that "Si se puede". In this 2015 has been classified for 3 worldwide, the ITU, the IM70.3 and the IM of Hawaii. In the ITU World Cup of GGEE got the bronze medal and in the IM70.3 a fantastic 6ª place being also the best American in the competition. He only needs to play the IM World Cup in "Mecca"

Fraga tells us how his beginnings were in the triathlon: "I was a swimmer for 12 years but I left it for 10. After the birth of my son I started with triathlon, about 3 years ago. I was encouraged to make a relay (where I swam) ... but I was left with the feeling that I could have done everything, so from that moment I started to train the three disciplines. "

In addition to being a mother and working, Florencia must organize herself very well to be able to train and she explains to us how her days are: "I get up 4 am I train until the 11 sometimes short to train rowing girls or people who work in the high performance TV looking for capacity and strength with strength exercises swimming and running.

I can end up like the 2 pm from there I work from home with my child and then I have to do his extracurricular activities. I arrive home like the 7 to continue in the home finishing everything ready for my son and husband, I lie down between the 10 or 11pm"

And the time to train your favorite workouts are the following: "I love to experiment when the body reaches the maximum in volume as close the week with a lot of bottom or put water every day not going down the 6 or 7km daily or the weekends that can be or run 35km or a 200km of bike always looking the average established"

Florencia admires Javier Gómez Noya, Mirinda and Crisanto Grajales. On his best results he says: "I managed to be inside the top 10 in ITU competitions, 3 placed bronze medal in the ITU world of my 2014 category, having always achieved 1, 2 or 3 placed within the half by category (except for World Cups) and having achieved in my debut an 3 placed in the IM of Cozumel.

I was also very excited last year to be the 1ª age group and 8ª within the PROs at the IM 70.3 in Panama. Finally I do not want to forget about my 2ª in this year's IM Brasil where I managed the Slot to Kona and fulfill my great dream of competing in the Mecca of triathlon.

Finally, it gives me an extra energy to be able to rub elbows with the PROs, for me it is a reason for satisfaction to be able to continue training with encouragement and desire to improve."

Finally we said goodbye to Florence, wishing you all the thanks for sharing this article with Triatlonnews and wishing you the best in Hawaii IM: "Thanks to you for sharing this time with me, it has been a pleasure. Greetings for Spain and for all readers of www.triatlonnoticias.com"
