The organization has announced a change of course for the edition of the 2019 to be deputy 5 October 2019
Enjoy the new route IRONMAN 70.3 Lanzarote, in one of the most spectacular landscapes in Europe in the southern area of Lanzarote, which will be a new challenge that should not be missed.
The proof will begin with swimming in Playa Dorada, Playa Blanca (1 turn), followed by a demanding cycling circuit passing through emblematic points of the island like the Gulf, the road to Timanfaya, La Geria, Femés and back to Playa Blanca (1 lap). The Half Marathon in Playa Blanca, travels the coast of the Atlantic Ocean (3/4 laps).
Swimming
New tour! The swim segment takes place at Playa Dorada, Playa Blanca and consists of 1 lap.
Cycling
New tour! The cycling segment takes place in the southern part of Lanzarote and consists of 1 lap.
Race on foot
New tour! The walking segment takes place in Playa Blanca and consists of 3 / 4 laps.
