La swimming will be held in the Bay of Cascais on a route of 1 turn of 1,9 km

EL cycling sector 90,1 km long, you will leave Cascais by a flat road right next to the Ocean, heading to Sintra to pass through the Lagoa Azul area and the Guincho Beach road with the view of the wild dunes back to Cascais  

La Foot race of 21,1 km is two laps in the village of Cascais
