Bico Duathlon
6 April 2014 has been the date chosen for the dispute popular duathlon Bico in the city of Alicante where duathletes will be able to travel a part of the urban circuit that hosted in 2013 the Triathlon World Cup where Vicente Hernández it was silver and Ainhoa Murua I finish in 4º position
But before Madrid will host the test that will travel the main streets of the capital March 29.
Bico, the most popular duathlon in Spain It has two modalities: individual mini sprint with distances of two kilometers of foot race; 8,8 kilometers of cycling and one kilometer more on foot and the one of "sprint distance" individual or by teams.
These distances will be 4 kms of running on foot; 17,6 km. of cycling and 2 km. of running race. It will be possible to participate individually or by relay teams composed of 2 or 3 components.
