The Bermudan triathlete just announced on social networks that will not participate in the upcoming World Series appointments due to an injury.

The triathlete commented that does not participate in Edmonton or Montreal, although he will try to be in the Grand Final, losing all options to win the World Title again. It was champion in 2016 and 2017.
Flora, who this year has achieved victory in Bermuda and YokohamaWas tenth in the last WTS of Hamburg, where his injury worsened.
Duffy participated in this appointment injured trying to keep his options for the World Cup, with the result of the aggravation of the injury with the consequence of losing their podium options in this year's Ranking.
The final classification of the ITU Ranking is calculated by adding the 5 better rankings in WTS tests plus the one obtained in the Grand final.
To keep the series alive, I raced in Hamburg but that proved to be too soon and set me back again. So pulling out of Edmonton means I have no chance to win or podium in the series.
