Jonathan Brownlee wins in the Auckland world series. Javier Gómez Noya second

Mario Mola was dropped in the cycling sector and could not recover in the race on foot

 

 

This morning we played the second round of the ITU Triathlon World Series where we were able to see the first Olympic distance test with the victory of the British Jonathan Brownlee, followed in second position Javier Gómez Noya and Pierre Le Corre in third position. Touching the podium has been Fernando Alarza with a magnificent fourth position

In cycling, a leading group with units was formed, with the favorites, although soon Mario Mola he stayed off the hook, arriving at T2 with more than 1 minute of disadvantage.

The race on foot dominated from start to finish the British Jonathan Browlee who got the victory with a final time of 1: 55: 26 followed by Javier Gómez Noya (1: 55: 41) and Frenchman Pierre Le Cole (1: 55 : 52)

Mario Mola (1: 58: 36) has finished in the fifteenth position while Cescs Godoy in the 39ª position. Vicente Hernández y  Jesús Gomar could not finish the test
