🔳DIAGNOSIS: Myotendinous rupture of the semimembranosus with myofascial bleeding
🔺 RECOVERY: 4-6 weeks
🔻CAUSE: Just when starting the descent of San Grau in 140.6inn, a strong discomfort appeared in the back of the right knee that made me believe that I could not even run.
🔹OBJECTIVE: to recover the best and as soon as possible !!!
