This weekend returns the Super League Triathlon after the successful first edition held on the Island of Hamilton, Australia between the past 17 and 19 of March. In the first edition the victory went to the South African Richard Murray, who is the current leader of the Super League.
In the men's category, the main favorites to win are the Spanish Mario Mola y Fernando Alarza who makes his debut in the competition, along with the Norwegian Kristian Blummenfelt, the British Jonathan Brownlee and the current champion Richard Murray.
In women the Americans Katie Zaferes, Kirsten Kasper and Summer Cook, together with the Swiss Nicola Spirig and the British Emma Pallant they are the favorites. Also note the presence of Carolina Routier, the best Spanish triathlete in the world ranking for the last two seasons.
The test consists of two days with different competitions, Saturday 23 will be the Triple Mix and Sunday 24 the Eliminator
This is a test in which the triathletes will have to do 3 rounds changing the order of the sports with 10 minutes of rest between each of them. The starting position of each athlete will be where he finished in the previous round, where the winner will be the one who has achieved the best total time

The speed will be what makes the difference. This test that consists of 3 swim-bike-race rounds with 10 minutes of rest between each of them. These 10 minutes start when the winner of the series goes into goal, which means that the rest will have less recovery time. After each round the athletes who are leaving the last will be eliminated
