Ocean Lava la Manga will have two distances

On October 22, 2016, from the Hotel Entremares (La Manga), the second edition of the OCEAN LAVA LA MANGA Distance Iron / Half Iron Triathlon will start.

IRON DISTANCE: 3.8K SWIMMING + 180K CYCLING + 42K RACE

The swimming sector will be held at La Manga beach in a 2-lap circuit, the cycling sector has a demanding circuit that will have to be completed 4 laps where Drafting is not allowed and in the running sector the triathletes will run along the Gran Via de la Manga in a 4-lap circuit

REGISTRATION PRICE 195 EUROS

MEDIUM IRON: 1.900m SWIMMING + 90K CYCLING + 21K RACE

The swimming sector will be held on La Manga beach in a 1-lap circuit, the cycling sector has a demanding circuit that will have to be done 2 laps where Drafting is not allowed and in the running sector the triathletes will run along the Gran Via de la Manga in a 2-lap circuit
