Ivan Raña moves to the Ironman

The Galician triathlete, Iván Raña, has decided to change his modality and move on to one that is even tougher than the Olympic triathlon, such as the Ironman.

Its debut will be next August 11 in New York. The Galician confesses that after not having qualified for the London Olympic Games, he needed something to make him change course. His objective is to gain experience in this type of tests. In next month's test, Iván Raña will swim 3,8 kilometers, cycle 180, and run 42 kilometers.

As we have been able to read on his Twitter, he comments: “I wanted to run an Ironman for a long time. On August 11 I will be in New York to debut in this distance!"
