Protocol for working Biceps with Compex

This protocol is divided into two categories, one for aesthetics, for those who want to tone and tighten arms, and another for bodybuilding.

 

 

Esthetics: how to tune and tone arms

 

 

 

 

Recommended programs: Aerobic resistance + Strength strength + Strength.

Intensity of the stimulation: minimum of 30 mA / maximum bearable.

Duration: 8 weeks.

 

First cycle:

Duration: 4 weeks.

1-2 Week: Aerobic resistance. 1 level. (3 sessions per week).

3-4 Week: Strength resistance. 1 level. (3 sessions per week).

 

Second cycle:

Duration: 4 weeks.

1-3 Week: Strength resistance. 2 level. (3 sessions per week).

4 Week: Strength. 1 level. (3 sessions).

 

Maintenance:

Force strength level 2 + Force level 1.

1 session per week.
