Circuit training, a good way to start the season
Now that we are in the preseason, it is time to make a good base, work strength in the gym and complement the workouts with outdoor power circuits.
In this article we can give you an example of a circuit to practice in training. Keep in mind, that the repetitions and times are approximate and it depends on the level of the triathlete, we recommend that you make a softer session to establish your level.

- From a sitting position do 50 m of sprint + spin trotting
- From a lying position do 50 m sprint + spin trotting
- 2 × 30 '' jumps feet together raising the knees + 50 m sprint + back trotting
- 2 × 30 '' jumps feet together raising the heels + 50 m sprint + back trotting
- 1 'recovery
- 50 m sprint running raising the knees + spin trotting
- 50 m sprint running elevating heels + spin trotting
- 2x 10 ma la leg laja (a series with each leg)

- 45 '' With hands on the ground and legs stretched do alternate leg movement + sprint 50 m + spin trotting
