Today the German triathlete media Jan Frodeno, triple IRONMAN World Champion, has made an IRONMAN at home that has shared live with his followers
Through his Facebook page, Jan has broadcast live that 3,8 kilometers of swimming, 180 km of cycling on the roller, and the 42 kilometers from the marathon on the running date.
His total time has been 8:33:38, investing 47 minutes in swimming, 4:13 on the bike and 2:58 in the marathon
This "competition" has been carried out in order to raise funds, to help the health workers who are fighting on the front line against the Covid-19 coronavirus.
