It is a big mistake that it seems that we do not finish assimilating. Guys, I always insist on this: I am not a doctor, neither a scientist nor an expert in the metabolic relations of the human body. I only give my opinion as an athlete and ex - competitor of body fitness with more than twenty years working in the industry of fitness and sports supplementation. I do not know if someone who really is an expert might seem wrong, but it is what I have experienced, both in my person and in the preparations of other clients.

  • Practice sports form from 3 to 5 days per week
  • Cardio: the usual one !!! The one you usually do in your sport
