How should an athlete care for food?

Breakfast is the food where you should put the foods that contain more cholesterol because that's when we started physical activity and mint

 

 

Our collaborator AMLSPORT explains the diet that an athlete must follow during the day.

You have to make a breakfast to provide protein, (eggs, ham, tenderloin, cheeses ...); that is to say, in the first meal of the day it is in which they must put the foods that contain more cholesterol since that is when we begin the physical and mental activity. It should include carbohydrates such as bread or cereals and you should also provide us with foods rich in vitamin C such as citrus fruits.

La food must include meats and scenes fish and in all should be part of foods that contain vitamin C, naturally raw, since cooked would detract its antioxidant action. I repeat that vitamin C is only 6 hours in the blood.

If we drink milk, yoghurts and normal cheeses, they supply us with vitamins A and D and with ham, red meats we are providing ourselves with vitamins of the B complex.

Throughout the day it is advisable to make five meals, it is very common to have breakfast between seven and eight in the morning, and eat between two and three in the afternoon. I do not need to entertain myself to explain that this is an outrage, in my opinion, they should do what I call three breakfasts, being one of them based on milk with cocoa.
