Hydration and supplementation estimation for an Olympic Triathlon.

BEFORE STARTING:

  • ISO-ENERGY: It brings you the last and necessary intake of carbohydrates, minerals and water just before the competition. Very technical formula that provides: carbohydrates of different glycemic indexes (different speeds) to maintain an adequate concentration of blood glucose, Mineral salts losses and a plus of Glutamine (anticatabolic amino acid, delays fatigue and decreases the risk of infection). Drinking a beverage like Iso-Energy is essential to improve performance.
  • GELES, BARRITAS AND GUMMIES: the contribution of carbohydrates is essential, especially if we have not been able to load them before the test, for this we offer several options:
    • Nature's Energy bar 45-30 minutes before the start.
    • If you prefer another format you can take the Energy Boost Gummies 30 minutes before.

 

DURING:

    • ISO-ENERGY: essential to avoid dehydration during physical exercise. Drinking a beverage like Iso-Energy is essential to improve performance.
    • BARRITAS OR GOMINOLAS: for the bike part you can take advantage of something solid, choose the option that you like the most: Energy Boost Gummies, remember that 4 equals a gel, or the Nature's Energy bar.
    • GELESTake advantage of the transition to take one. Also in this distance you may need to take another one before the second transition. AFTER COMPETITION:
