Altafulla, home of the Spanish Sprint and Acuatlon Triathlon Championships

Altafulla is preparing to receive at the end of May the Spanish Sprint Elite Triathlon Championship, Sub23, Junior, Cadet and Age Groups and the Spanish Championship of Acuatlon Elite, Sub23, Junior, Cadet, Paralympic and Age Groups.

The town of Tarragona has a remarkable relationship in the organization of sporting events, celebrating in recent years various triathlon competitions, and for the second consecutive year it will host the Sprint Triathlon Spain Championship the next 24 for May.

 The following day, the 25 of May, the Aquathlon Spanish Championship. All this will go through the municipality of the Costa Dorada, especially known for its spectacular scenery, its emblematic old town "Vila Closa", its suburbs and its Roman village of Els Munts.
