Ivan Raña moves to the Ironman

The Galician triathlete, Ivan Raña, has decided to change the modality and move on to an even harder one than the Olympic triathlon such as the Ironman.

His debut will be on August 11 in New York. The Galician confesses that after failing to qualify for the London Olympics, he needed something to change course. His goal is to gain experience in this type of test. In next month's test, Iván Raña will swim 3,8 kilometers, bike 180 and run 42 kilometers.

As we have been able to read on his Twitter, he comments: “I wanted to run an Ironman for a long time. On August 11 I will be in New York to debut in this distance!"
