Change date Triathlon Ball of the World

The organization has announced a change in the dates due to the exit operation of the DGT

With this change the celebration of the Aquatrail will be the 9 of July while the Triathlon Ball of the World of 10 of July.

The Triathlon Ball of the World has two different distances, on the one hand the long triathlon where the triathletes will have to swim 2.000 meters in the Navacerrada reservoir, 85 km of cycling through the Morcuera port, Rascafría, Cotos, the Navacerrada Ski Resort and ending with the spectacular and difficult ascent to the Ball of the World where you will find ramps of more than 20% (positive slope 2.233m). To finish the test, the triathletes will face a 20 km race in the mountains, where they will have to overcome 1.000 meters of positive elevation gain.

On the other hand, the short triathlon, where they will swim 1.500 meters, they will cycle 27 km ascending the Navacerrada pass to the Ball of the World and they will run 10 km to the Lesser Head where they will turn around to finish the test.

The test of Aquatrail They will swim 1.000 meters in the Navacerrada reservoir, to continue with 20 km of Trail running where they will face 10 km of ascent until the Ball of the World, and then go down to the town of Navacerrada where the goal will be located.
