Yesterday the Challenge Sardinia was played, where Vicente Hernández got the victory but from the organization have reported a sad news as it hasAllecido a triathlete in the swimming sector.

The organization published the following statement:

“For Challenge Family and Challenge Sardinia it is sad to announce that during today's Challenge Sardinia, a participant has died during the swimming race. Details of the participant's identity will not be released before informing and consulting with her family. We have all sent our deep condolences to the family and are providing all the support we can. In the meantime, we would like to ask that your privacy be respected at this difficult time."
