Gustavo Rodríguez for the LD Triathlon European Championships in Challenge Almere

Challenge Almere is the oldest long distance Triathlon in Europe after the Ironman Kona and this year it will host the LD European Championship on Saturday 9 September.

Gustavo Rodríguez he has confirmed that he will participate in the test after not being able to complete his great goal of the season on Embrunman, where he had to retire because of some discomfort in the back in the cycling sector and where he won Marcel Zamora getting his sixth victory in the test. In addition, he will participate in Challenge Madrid the next September 24 where the season will close.

The test that has distances of 3,8 km of swimming, 180 km of cycling and 42, 2km of car racing on foot will bring together several of the best European triathletes of the specialty where Gustavo has options to be in the podium positions.
