Javier Gómez Noya wins the Des Moines Escape Triathlon

The Galician triathlete has achieved victory in the test, which he has chosen in preparation for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship to be held on September 9 in Chattanooga.

With this victory, Javier Gómez Noya pocketed $ 20.000 and wins the place to participate in the grand final of the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon 2018.

The test began at 14: 00 Spanish time, on Olympic distance, where Javier Gómez Noya has been the fastest getting the victory in a time of 1: 42: 38, using 18: 45 in swimming, 52: 55 in the 40 km of cycling and 29: 20 in the 10 km of running.

Classification

With this victory, Noya appears in the Ironman World Championship 70.3 with two consecutive victories, in the WTS in Montreal and in the test in Des Moines.
