Kristian Blummenfelt and Katie Zaferes take the first stage of the Super League Triathlon Jersey

Norway's Kristian Blummenfelt attacked in the last kilometer to claim victory in the Triple Mix Super League taking place in Jersey after a duel with South African Richard Murray and Jonathan Brownlee during the 3 rounds of the event. Katie Zaferes was the fastest in the three rounds of the Triple Mix, outstripping in 19 seconds to Nicola Spirig in the inaugural race of the Super Triathlon Women's League in Jersey. Summer Cook completed the first women's podium.

Triple Mix  

The Triple Mix is ​​a test in which the triathletes have made 3 rounds changing the order of the sports with 10 minutes of rest between each of them. The starting position of each athlete was where he finished in the previous round, starting the competition with the difference lost in the previous round and where the winner is the best total time achieved at the end of the test.
