The tours of the IBERMAN LD are published

The novelty for this year is the reverse direction of the race, to start and finish in Ayamonte.

 

 

On October 15, 2016 the IV edition of the IBERMAN Triathlon 2016. Where this year has an important novelty modifying the circuitro to do it in the reverse direction of the race, to start and finish in Ayamonte.

 

SWIMMING SECTOR: 3,8 KM. LA PUNTA DEL MORAL beach (Ayamonte)

Iberman swimming sector

2 will be returned to a course of 1,9 km, in which the participants will have to leave the water when they finish the first round, to re-enter and complete the 3,8 km. They will have a maximum time to make the 2 hours tour. The start of the test will be at 8: 30 in the morning.

 

BIKE SECTOR: 180 KM. (AYAMONTE-ESP) - VILA REAL DE S. ANTONIO (POR)

Iberman cycling sector

You will leave Isla Canela towards Ayamonte (KM 5), and from there to Villablanca (KM 19,7), San Silvestre (KM 29,5), Villanueva de los Castillejos (km 43,5); El Granado (km 56), the last town on Spanish soil, to find the new bridge that connects Spain and Portugal (km 69), where the first town we will cross will be Pomarao.

The test will continue north until we reach the historic city of Mértola (km 91), which will indicate the point of return, and we will begin to descend to the south, diverting towards Alcoutim (km 117,5), to continue the descent to Vila Real de Santo Antonio on the banks of the Guadiana River and its spectacular views. We will arrive at Castro Marín (km 165), and from there to Vila Real de Santo Antonio (km 179), where T2 will be located. We will try to complete the 180 km.

CARRERA SECTOR: 42,1 KM - VILLARREAL DE SANTO ANTONIO a AYAMONTE

Iberman Race Sector

 Leaving T2 and you will follow the same path that you got from the bike. Going back through Castro Marín (Km 4), and from there to the International Bridge (km 8). Then you will enter Spain looking for the road to Ayamonte (km 12) until you reach the starting area (km 21), where you will begin a journey of 3 laps of 7 km to complete the 42,1. Completely flat and always on the road or bike path.
