Sara Perez 13ª at Holten's European Cup
Sara Perez obtained the best result of the Spanish representation with an 13ª square. While in the male category the boys could not shine and were far from the best.
In the men's race the victory was for the Frenchman Raphael Montoya with a final time of 55'16 '', in second position ended the Hungarian László Tarnai and third the also French Nathan Grayel.
On the other hand the Spaniards did not have a good day they were far from the first positions, Aleix Domenech 44º was the best. The rest of Spaniards were Genis Grau 46º, English 50º and Oscar Torres 55º. By last Ricardo Hernández He could not finish the competition.
In the women's competition won the Ukrainian Yuliya Yelistratova with a time of 1h2'48 '', followed by the Italian Giorgia Priarone and the Russian Valentina Zapatrina. Sara Perez, the only Spaniard in the competition got a meritorious 13 position.
The outcome of both races was exciting and very even, in men 5 arrived at the sprint, with a difference of only 2 '' between the first and the fifth. On the other hand the girls, also defined the sprint positions, finished the first 3 in only 1 ''.
